This year's exhibition is online and features a diverse collection of images by black British photographers celebrating contemporary culture from the 2021, 2022 & 2023 exhibitions.

Tower Hamlets Council is proud to have supported Black History Month for many years. This year, we are hosting a retrospective exhibition of a selection of our bus stop posters marking Black History Month through the years.

Royal Male:
A dark-skinned brother adorned with crown replaces the monarch in this series of stamps. The project stands in response to the continued resistance to acknowledging the value and potential held by black and brown men in the UK.
